What is Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)?
Remote patient monitoring is a technology to enable monitoring of patients outside of conventional clinical settings, such as in the home or in a remote area, which may increase access to care and decrease healthcare delivery costs.
WCRx can help you monitor and manage your health from the comfort of your home.
The RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) program wirelessly sends the information from your compatible medical device directly to your health file for remote review and monitoring by our physicians With real time health data to help make decisions on how to provide the best care for you. Regular monitoring of chronic conditions helps with keeping your measurements within range, which can prevent or delay emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
